Bryan Anderson

Bryan Anderson, Vice President of Operations of Tri City Foods, Inc.

Bryan’s extensive and diverse career within the Burger King system spans over 30 years. Whether in a corporate or franchise structure or in an operational, training or development role, Bryan has provided effective leadership to consistently achieve financial and operational growth targets through his teams.

After graduating from Drake University with a BS in Marketing and Economics, Bryan joined Oscar Mayer Company and quickly advanced within the sales function to Regional Account Manager handling the Super Value account. Bryan then joined family members and opened a Burger King franchise in Minnesota. He soon decided to join BKC and hence started a 17 year career that involved numerous positions with increasing levels of responsibility: Company District Manager, Franchise District Manager, Safety & Loss Control Manager, Area Manager for 30 company restaurants, and Regional Training Manager. He also spent four years as National Account Manager developing Burger King non-traditional restaurants in hospitals, military bases, college campuses, and hospitals through large institutional companies such as Aramark, Marriott, Veterans Canteen Service, and Army & Air Force Exchange Services. During that time Bryan was instrumental in leading this BK group to record growth in opening new BK locations. In 1997, Bryan left BKC and joined Nath Companies as Vice President of Operations. Nath Companies was the largest privately owned minority business in the state of Minnesota. He led regional teams that operated 70 BK restaurants in Illinois, Iowa, Wisconsin and Minnesota as well as 10 Denny’s restaurants in the Minneapolis area. During this period Nath Companies grew to 140 BK restaurants in 6 states and Bryan played a key role in developing systems, process and productive teams to support this growth. Nath Companies sold their BK’s to Duke & King Acquisition Corp in 2006 and Bryan joined that organization as Vice president of Operations for Minnesota. In 2011 these stores were sold to Tri City Foods, Inc. and Bryan joined HFC as Regional Director of Operations for Minnesota and led the successful transition from Duke & King Corp to HFC. In July of 2012, Bryan was promoted to Vice President of Operations for Tri City Foods, Inc.’s Western Division.

Bryan has served on the board of directors for the regional BK franchise association, has led successful campaigns to raise funds for Muscular Dystrophy Association (MDA) and has developed a respected reputation within the franchise and corporate BK community as a strong operator and leader for the brand within Minnesota.
